Jessica Dalliday

Athletic Therapist, Registered Kinesiologist and Pilates Instructor 

Jessica graduated from McMaster University in 2010 earning her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology. She then went on to pursue a Master’s Degree in Kinesiology and Health Science along with her Athletic Therapy Certificate from York University graduating in 2012. Jessica is a Certified Athletic Therapist, Registered Kinesiologist and Certified Pilates Instructor. As an Athletic Therapist Jessica is able to provide emergency care, treat acute and chronic injuries using a hands-on approach and rehabilitate sport injuries using various exercise techniques. Jessica’s training specializes in working with an athletic population and ensures they are performance-ready before they return to sport or activity. She is dedicated to getting injured individuals back to the activity they love. Jessica is also part time faculty at York University where she teaches within the Kinesiology and Athletic Therapy Program. Jessica recently developed a new Athletic Therapy course that takes place at secondary school where her students learn hands-on how to treat, manage and rehabilitate injuries within the high school population. In her spare time Jessica enjoys exercising, especially outdoors with her husband and golden retriever Allen, trying new recipes and learning new skills on the piano and guitar. She also loves to read, eat and spend time with her friends and family.
