Aoife graduated from the National University of Ireland, Galway in 2011 with an honours degree in Earth and Ocean Science. Never one to miss an adventure, Aoife moved to Toronto in 2014 and is still adjusting to cold, cold winters. In her spare time Aoife enjoys Pilates, running and vaguely understanding the rules of baseball!
