Brian has been a strength and conditioning specialist for eight years, with a focus on active living. His training focuses on developing useful strength through a functional range of motion. He specializes in postural correction for pain-free active living, and has helped clients with chronic injuries and imbalances regain their mobility and freedom. Using his approach, he has empowered amateur and pro athletes to help them realize their goals in sport, fitness, and lifestyle. His private sessions are enjoyable, personal, and rewarding.
Brian is an avid cyclist, swimmer, Nordic skier, and outdoor adventurer. He loves cooking, espresso, cheese, and beer, and can indulge moderately in all of these because of his active lifestyle! Other interests include art, architecture, film, and a broad range of music. He has passionate views on urban design and other cultural factors that contribute to social health and wellbeing. His view is that activity should be predominant in your life, not in your mind. He believes that in fitness, as in life, the rewards are found along the journey, not at the destination. Brian owns five bicycles and a car that he never drives.
